The swivel plate on each caster features attachment points configured to accommodate equipment from many brands. This includes Gusto ranges and fryers; most fryers from Pitco, Fryolator and Frymaster; and most Wolf ranges. By mobilizing your equipment, you retain flexibility in your kitchen layout, allowing you to make adjustments when necessary. The wheel on each caster measures five inches in diameter and features non-skid polyurethane construction, providing smooth transportation and reduced vibration. These casters also have brakes so that you can lock your equipment into place once you have decided on your ideal arrangement. Each caster can support up to 250 pounds.
